Job summary

Rohe Frames B.V seeks a Working Student or Intern to support our Finance team in Amsterdam. You will process supplier invoices, communicate with suppliers, and assist in accounts payable data maintenance while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-growing international company.

Ideal candidates are university students in finance/accounting/IB, available for at least 3 days/week, with strong Excel skills and a proactive, accurate mindset.

Qualifications

• 2+ University student with a focus in a bachelors degree in finance, accounting or international business.
• Available to work at least 3 days a week from our Amsterdam office.
• Good knowledge in MS office, especially excel.
• You are eager to learn, accurate, and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the administration process regarding receipt of invoices from suppliers.
• Communication with suppliers regarding timelines of approving invoices, follow up on outstanding balances.
• Assist in cleaning and maintaining accounts payable data (matching payments, cleaning open items, identifying discrepancies etc.).
• Track overdue payments and flag anomalies.
• Support bank payment matching and reconciliation.

As Róhe continues to grow internationally, we're looking for a Working Student or Intern to support our Finance team.
In this role, you'll be responsible for processing supplier invoices accurately and on time and communicate on a daily basis with our suppliers.
You'll also follow up on proof of payments and provide day-to-day support to our Administrator and Controller, gaining hands-on experience with financial administration in a fast-growing, international company.
