Job summary

X-LAB, the in-house performance bicycle line by XDS, seeks a Territory Sales Manager to drive growth across a defined region. You will visit independent bicycle dealers, open new accounts, manage the sales process from introduction to initial orders, and build strong, lasting relationships with shop owners and managers.

This hands-on role involves frequent travel, in-market presence, and partnering with the international expansion efforts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relationship-based sales experience.
• Willingness to travel up to four days per week in the field.
• Strong territory planning, organization, CRM, and follow-up skills.
• Interest in cycling or sporting goods is a plus.
• Fluent in English and local language(s).

Responsibilities

• Build X-LAB presence across your territory by regularly visiting independent bicycle dealers.
• Prospect for and open new dealer accounts through outreach and in-person visits.
• Manage the sales process from initial conversation to account setup and first orders.
• Grow productive relationships with new and existing dealers.
