Job summary

Unisys is seeking a hands-on Storage & Network Field Service Engineer to join our Netherlands field services team. You’ll provide on-site support, install and maintain enterprise storage, server, and networking gear, and work directly with customers to resolve issues across the country.

The role requires 4–6 years in relevant field services, strong English communication, and a valid driving license. The position offers autonomy, a company car or equivalent, and opportunities for certification

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent technical education.
4–6 years in field services, infrastructure support, networking, storage or server tech.
Experience troubleshooting and repairing enterprise hardware.
Familiarity with server, storage, and networking technologies.

Responsibilities

Perform on-site installation, de-installation, configuration, and maintenance of network, server, and storage equipment.
Deliver break/fix support for enterprise infrastructure.
Diagnose hardware and infrastructure issues and determine remediation actions.
Replace faulty components and restore systems within service levels.
Travel daily to customer sites across the Netherlands.
Participate in rotating 24/7 on-call schedule approximately every three weeks.
