Job summary

Dover Imaging & Identification (DII) in Amsterdam is seeking a highly organized Technical Services Resource Planner to manage field service operations, schedule resources, and deliver excellent customer support in a fast-paced environment.

You will create service orders, maintain SAP FSM planning boards, process installations and repairs in SAP ERP, handle service contracts, and coordinate parts, invoices and quotes with a strong focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in resource planning in fast-paced environments.
• Strong administration focus and attention to detail.
• Fluency in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
• Experience with SAP ECC and SAP FSM.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Create service orders and allocate field service resources.
• Maintain SAP FSM planning board to optimize resources.
• Process installations and repairs in SAP ERP.
• Manage service contracts, parts orders and preventive maintenance.
• Handle invoicing, credits, and PO processing.
• Determine stock availability and arrange parts shipments.
• Prepare and send quotations for services.
