Job summary

Nobel Recruitment is helping a rapidly growing tech company recruit a Field Service Engineer in the Netherlands. You will install, maintain, and troubleshoot technical systems at customer sites across the Netherlands and Western Europe, delivering hands-on support and working closely with customers and engineering teams.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in field service or similar, a technical bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and fluency in Dutch and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or hands-on experience in a technical field.
• 3+ years in field service, technical support, maintenance or similar.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanics, electronics, software or robotics.
• Experience conducting structured root-cause analysis.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Driving licence (Category B).
• Willingness to travel throughout the Netherlands and Western Europe, including overnight stays when required.
• Hands-on mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
• Authorized to work in the Netherlands (no visa sponsorship available).
