Qualifications

• Excellent Field Service credentials to provide technical support and manage small projects.

An innovative IOT technology business is now looking for a permanent Field Service Engineer. Reporting into the Operations Director, you will be excited to work in all aspects of Customer Engagement and ensure successful deployment and integration of all new products within the EU.

The Job:

• Collaborate with EU Sales team for this cutting edge IOT/SaaS range of products
• Manage all stakeholder expectations in expanding in handling system diagnostics, trouble shooting, software upgrades and maintenance
• Work with a multi-disciplinary team in a high growth industry ensuring alignment to overall company objectives and outcomes.

Have you:

• Excellent Field Service credentials provide technical support and delivery to customers as well as manage small projects?
• Strong exposure to Linux Operating systems for configuration and basic Networking experience?
• The desire to travel to client sites throughout the EU and eligibility for NATO clearances?
