Job summary

Element Logic is seeking a Service Technician to maintain and repair state-of-the-art automated warehouse systems, notably AutoStore. The role involves travel, on-site commissioning, firmware/software updates, and live testing during handovers.

You will report daily via computer, plan field work, and coordinate with customers while prioritising customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates have a strong mechanical/electrical background, service experience, and flexibility in working hours

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel up to ~80% of time.
• Strong interest in mechanical and electrical systems.
• Able to work independently while collaborating with colleagues.
• Proficient in daily computer use for reporting, planning and communication.
• Ability to plan work efficiently and coordinate customer schedules.

Responsibilities

• Maintain equipment delivered by Element Logic, primarily AutoStore systems.
• Perform corrective maintenance and complete software/firmware updates.
• Support commissioning of new installations and conduct live testing.
• Contribute to delivery handover processes.
• Troubleshoot and guide customers in operating Element Logic systems.
