Job summary

Jefferson Wells is seeking a Field Service Technician to maintain and service automated warehouse systems across the Benelux region. The role offers a gross monthly salary between €4,000 and €4,200, with a 40-hour work week and a direct contract with the client.

You will travel as needed and work in a dynamic, high-tech environment. The position requires an MBO-level qualification in Mechatronics, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, with hands-on maintenance experience and flexibility to work

Qualifications

MBO-level qualification in Mechatronics, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Experience in a similar service or maintenance role, preferably in field service and international environment.
Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends when required.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on automated systems (60% mechanical, 40% electrical).
Maintain storage and picking systems as well as extensive conveyor installations.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues to maximize system uptime.
Proactively identify improvement opportunities and optimize equipment performance.
Contribute to a positive team environment and strong customer relationships.
Continuously develop technical and personal skills through training and hands-on experience.
