Job summary

Led Techno is seeking a field service technician to install, maintain and repair laboratory equipment at client sites across the Netherlands. You will diagnose issues, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure high service quality with clear customer communication.

You will advise customers on proper use and maintenance, contribute ideas for process improvements, and work independently on site as well as in a team. A relevant electrical/measurement degree and Dutch language skills are required.

Qualifications

• Electrical knowledge and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-friendly, communicative and initiative-taking.
• Team player who can work independently on client sites.
• Good PC knowledge and language skills (Dutch; French/English optional).

Responsibilities

• Install, preventive and corrective maintenance of laboratory equipment at client sites.
• Resolve technical problems and ensure structured, customer-friendly contact with clients.
• Advise clients on correct use and maintenance and guarantee service quality.
• Contribute ideas for process improvement and service optimization.
