Job summary

Tribe Engineering in the Netherlands is looking for a Field Service Engineer who diagnoses and troubleshoots electrical and electromechanical faults in industrial installations, supports commissioning, testing and start-up, and travels across the Netherlands and internationally.

You will read schematics, perform inspections and maintenance, identify reliability improvements and clearly communicate findings to customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of field service, maintenance or troubleshooting experience.
• Able to read electrical schematics and work safely on technical installations.
• Willing to travel internationally and hold a valid category B driving licence.
• English proficiency; Dutch is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and electromechanical faults in industrial installations.
• Carry out inspections, maintenance, repairs and technical modifications.
• Support commissioning, testing and start-up of equipment and systems.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, technical documentation and schematics.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to increase reliability.
• Communicate progress, findings and solutions clearly with customers and colleagues.
• Work on projects throughout the Netherlands and, when required, internationally.
