Job summary
Tribe Engineering is seeking a Senior Field Service Engineer to diagnose, repair and prevent complex technical issues on industrial installations across the Netherlands and abroad. You will lead fault-finding activities, support commissioning and start-ups, and coach junior engineers while maintaining practical, hands-on engineering judgment.

Qualifications
- 5+ years in industrial field service, maintenance, commissioning or troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and fault-finding methodologies.
- Experience working at customer sites and with technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, resolve and prevent complex technical problems.
- Independently troubleshoot electrical/electromechanical faults in industrial installations.
- Lead fault-finding activities and determine practical solutions.
- Support commissioning, testing and start-up of equipment and systems.
- Analyse recurring failures and improve reliability.
- Act as technical point of contact for customers and stakeholders.
- Coach junior/medior engineers and share knowledge.
- Document findings and recommendations clearly.
- Work independently on projects in the Netherlands and internationally.
