Zusammenfassung

Tribe Engineering in the Netherlands is seeking a Lead Commissioning Engineer to own the commissioning on complex projects. You’ll coordinate engineers, technicians and subcontractors on site, aligning technical priorities with project goals and customer expectations to deliver installations ready for operation.

This role requires strong leadership, hands-on electrical/automation knowledge, and the ability to manage safety, quality and documentation across international projects.

Qualifikationen

• Completed technical education at MBO level 4 or higher.
• At least 7 years in commissioning or automation projects.
• Experience coordinating on-site teams and activities.
• Strong knowledge of electrical installations and control systems.
• Willingness to travel internationally; valid driving licence.
• Dutch language preferred; professional English.

Aufgaben

• Prepare commissioning strategies, execution plans, test procedures and technical priorities.
• Coordinate commissioning engineers, technicians and subcontractors on site.
• Oversee functional testing, system integration, start-up and acceptance activities.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and resolve obstacles.
• Ensure safety, quality and project specifications compliance.
• Coordinate interfaces between electrical, automation and mechanical disciplines.
• Act as key technical contact for customers and project teams.
• Review documentation, test results and outstanding issues.
• Support planning, resources and technical decision-making.
• Guide engineers and maintain high technical standards.
• Support final system acceptance, handover and project close-out.
