Tribe Engineering in the Netherlands is looking for a Field Service Engineer who diagnoses and troubleshoots electrical and electromechanical faults in industrial installations, supports commissioning, testing and start-up, and travels across the Netherlands and internationally.
You will read schematics, perform inspections and maintenance, identify reliability improvements and clearly communicate findings to customers and colleagues.
Keep critical systems running. Take ownership where it matters. At Tribe Engineering, you work on electrical and electromechanical systems that need to perform - whether that's at an industrial site in the Netherlands or on an international assignment. You investigate faults, solve technical challenges and help customers get their installations running reliably. You won't be sitting behind the same desk every day. You'll work with different technologies, customers and environments, supported by a team that values technical expertise, initiative and people who get things done.
What you’ll actually be doing.
As a Field Service Engineer, you're the person customers rely on when technical problems need practical solutions.
You'll have the freedom to approach technical challenges independently while knowing that experienced colleagues are there when you need them.
What you bring to the table.
We're looking for an engineer who enjoys understanding how systems work - and figuring out why they sometimes don't.
Don't have every certification yet? Where relevant, Tribe can support you in obtaining the qualifications you need.
The benefits. Without the corporate fluff.
Gross monthly salary: €3,900-€5,000, based on a 40-hour working week, excluding holiday allowance and applicable additional compensation.
Good people. Real projects. Your kind of team.
Different projects. Different places. One team.
Tribe Engineering brings together engineers who enjoy complex technical challenges and take pride in their work. We support customers across industrial environments, machinery, infrastructure and maritime projects.
We're ambitious about what we build, but we believe the people doing the work matter just as much as the results.
You'll be trusted to use your expertise, encouraged to keep developing and supported by colleagues who understand the realities of working on site.
No unnecessary layers. No endless meetings about meetings. Just good people, challenging projects and the opportunity to make a difference.
Ready to engineer what comes next?
