Job summary

Vondel Venture Development is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to sign up new venues in our Power Bank network. You will actively visit cafes, bars, restaurants, hotels, gyms, clubs, and entertainment venues to grow city coverage and revenue through daily field sales.

You will learn our app and station operations through full training, build strong relationships with local owners, and hand over to the setup team after signing contracts.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in active sales, field work, customer service, or promotions.
• HoReCa or retail experience is a big plus.
• Ability to learn quickly and walk into a venue to start a friendly conversation.
• Confident communication with local business owners and managers.

Responsibilities

• Find, visit, and close new partners: cafés, bars, restaurants, hotels, gyms, clubs, and entertainment venues.
• Run the simple sales steps with full training: Find venues in your area and visit them, show the app and station, explain the value, sign the contract.
• Help connect with multi-location brands and support territories.
• Map out your city to prioritize busy streets and routes for station setup.
• Coordinate with the setup team to install stations and ensure they are online.
• Keep CRM updated and track weekly numbers of new venues and installations.
