Job summary

NewRocket is seeking a hands-on Forward Deployed AI Engineer - Data Intelligence to design, build, and deploy enterprise AI solutions grounded in trusted data.

You will collaborate directly with client stakeholders, translate business challenges into production-ready architectures, and connect Claude and other AI technologies with ServiceNow and enterprise data for scalable workflows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in software engineering, AI engineering, data engineering, or related technical roles.
• Hands-on experience building applications, data pipelines, integrations, APIs, automations, or cloud services.
• Strong proficiency in Python; knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, Java or SQL is valuable.
• Experience with structured and unstructured data, including relational databases, document repositories, APIs, and cloud storage.
• Exposure to generative AI, LLMs, RAG, embeddings, or vector search.
• Experience with REST APIs, OAuth, and secure integrations.
• Familiarity with major cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Responsibilities

• Partner with client stakeholders to identify high-value AI and Data Intelligence use cases.
• Translate requirements into practical designs, prototypes, and production deployments.
• Build AI-enabled applications and workflows using trusted enterprise data.
• Develop reusable Data Intelligence components and implementation playbooks.
• Support the full solution lifecycle from discovery to production rollout and monitoring.
• Communicate designs, risks, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
