Salesforce in Amsterdam is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer focusing on Agentforce Operations. You will design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions inside customer environments.

You\'ll work with a pod including a Deployment Strategist and Specialized AI Engineers, writing production code, grounding data, and enabling multi-agent workflows. This role requires strong backend skills and experience with API-led integration across SAP, Oracle, Workday, and ERP systems and enterprise

Formación

• 3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience, with at least one production AI, data engineering, or enterprise integration system deployed to production.
• High proficiency in at least one modern language: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex.
• Hands-on AI & Grounding Experience: LLM orchestration, prompt tuning, and building RAG pipelines.
• Multi-Agent Systems & API Mastery: API design and MCP/tool calling/event-driven messaging architectures.
• Expertise in process orchestration and API-led connectivity using MuleSoft or custom middleware.
• Data modeling, schema design, and asynchronous message integration patterns.
• Executive presence to whiteboard architecture with CTOs/VPs while writing production code.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and deploy agentforce orchestration workflows in customer environments.
• Develop real-time data grounding systems using RAG, vector searches, and knowledge bases.
• Implement agent communication protocols and tool calling logic across AI agents.
• Create and maintain REST/GraphQL APIs and integration pipelines to Salesforce Data Cloud and ERP systems.
• Collaborate with Deployment Strategist and AI Engineers in agile pods.
• Lead performance dashboards and incident/fallback triggers for business outcomes.
