Job summary
Peak Technologies is seeking a customer-focused Account Manager for the Netherlands, hybrid/field-based. You will manage a portfolio of accounts, build relationships with stakeholders, and drive revenue through our technology solutions.
The role requires travel to customer sites, fluency in English and Dutch (French a bonus), and the ability to work across Netherlands and Belgian offices. A competitive salary with uncapped commission and comprehensive benefits are offered.
Qualifications
- Experience in account management, sales, business development or a similar customer-facing commercial role.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Commercially minded with a proactive approach.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts.
- Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Conduct regular customer visits and business reviews.
- Identify opportunities to expand services and increase revenue.
- Develop a strong understanding of customer challenges and objectives.
- Work with internal teams to ensure solutions are delivered successfully.
- Prepare quotations, proposals and presentations.
- Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and sales activity records.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience.
