Job summary

Maersk is seeking an FCL MOF/LCL Operations Associate for the Benelux region to manage end-to-end shipment processes for imports and exports. You will monitor Ocean transport orders, serve as the main contact for customers, prepare documents, and seek innovative solutions to optimize the supply chain while building strong relationships.

You will be a key Maersk representative, collaborating across teams and driving service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Ensure end-to-end shipment process for import/export for Benelux.
• Monitor outgoing/incoming Ocean transport orders for assigned customers.
• Be the first point of contact for customers (face/voice of Maersk).
• Go the extra mile to make customers happy and build relationships.
• Prepare transport and customs documents.
• Find out-of-the-box solutions to improve customers' supply chain.
• Handle shipment finances.
