Job summary

Arvato in the Netherlands is seeking a proactive Facility Coordinator for our brand-new, high-tech warehouse in Puttershoek. You will ensure daily facility processes run smoothly, coordinating hard and soft services, workplaces, and stakeholder communication.

You will report to the Facility Manager, work with front office and technicians, and have opportunities for rapid development. The role starts on a temporary contract with the potential for permanence.

Qualifications

• MBO4+/HBO level in facility management, hospitality, or a related field.
• Starter with motivation or several years of facility experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily management and coordination of facility services (hard & soft).
• Align internal stakeholders and external suppliers for optimal facility operations.
• Organize and optimize workplaces, meeting rooms, catering, cleaning, and workflows.
• Set up and execute facility projects including planning and stakeholder management.
• Monitor processes, identify improvements, and implement optimizations.
• Communicate planned activities to the operation.

As a Facility Coordinator in Puttershoek, you ensure everything behind the scenes runs perfectly. From workplaces to suppliers, and from projects to daily facility processes — you maintain oversight, act quickly, and ensure operations never come to a standstill.

YOUR ROLE

As a Facility Coordinator, you are responsible for ensuring all facility processes at the site run smoothly. You combine coordination with a hands‑on mentality and continuously interact with internal and external stakeholders.

• Responsible for the daily management and coordination of facility services (hard & soft services);
• Aligning with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure optimal facility operations;
• Organizing and optimizing workplaces, meeting rooms, catering, cleaning, and work processes;
• Setting up and executing facility projects, including planning and stakeholder management;
• Monitoring processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing optimizations;
• Communicating planned activities to the operation.

You will work closely with a direct colleague, front office, and technicians, and report to the Facility Manager. Depending on the situation, you will take on both coordinating and hands‑on responsibilities — you know when to switch and when to take initiative yourself.

• A gross monthly salary between €2,560 and €4,164 based on 40 hours, depending on experience;
• Time‑for‑time arrangement;

YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for a proactive and service‑oriented Facility Coordinator who thrives in a dynamic environment and can quickly switch between tasks and stakeholders.

• MBO4+/HBO level of thinking and working, preferably in facility management, hospitality, or a similar field;
• Starter with the right motivation or several years of relevant experience in a facility role;
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders;
• Service‑oriented mindset and comfortable in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment;
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team;
• Experience with Microsoft Office and preferably facility management systems;
• Good command of English (main working language), Dutch is a plus.
