Job summary

Epic's Den Bosch headquarters in the Netherlands is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician. You will maintain and troubleshoot building systems, support event setups, and coordinate with contractors to keep the space productive and safe.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance, facilities, or related physical trade.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Eligible to work in the Netherlands.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections of building systems (lighting, plumbing, HVAC, doors/locks, furniture).
• Respond to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues, from minor fixes to more complex repairs.
• Assist with setup/breakdown for office events, moves, and space changes.
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors on larger projects, including specialist tradespeople.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and functional work environment.
