Job summary

Fabienne Chapot is seeking a Facility & Retail Operations Specialist in Amsterdam to lead facilities and IT support across boutique stores and HQ. You will own facility processes, maintain a safe, inspiring environment, and ensure top-tier store operations with autonomy.

You will manage vendor contracts, coordinate with property managers, and contribute to CSR reporting. The role offers 24–32 hours weekly with competitive compensation and strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• Ownership and autonomy in managing retail facilities and HQ operations.
• Energetic problem-solver capable of handling vendor contracts and IT issues.
• Fluent in Dutch and English with strong communication skills.
• Flexible background welcome; 3–4 day workweek encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive work environment across retail stores and HQ.
• Be the central point for daily facilities, preventive maintenance, and urgent IT issues.
• Coordinate maintenance contracts with property managers and technicians.
• Oversee Health & Safety compliance across locations (BHV).
• Support HQ hospitality, catering logistics, and office operations.
• Manage supplier contracts to secure favorable terms and sustainability.
• Track CSR metrics for B Corp reporting (waste, water, energy).
• Handle inventory and procurement for store/office supplies.
