Job summary

Malvern Panalytical in Almelo, The Netherlands, is looking for an experienced Project Manager Real Estate & Facilities to lead a broad portfolio of facilities, infrastructure, maintenance and capital projects across our Dutch sites in Almelo and Eindhoven, with international project support as needed.

You will develop scopes, budgets, schedules, and implementation plans; coordinate contractors and stakeholders; ensure safety, compliance and timely delivery within budget; and drive sustainability

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience delivering facilities, engineering, infrastructure, or capital projects in a manufacturing, industrial, laboratory, or technical environment.
• Strong contractor and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated experience managing project budgets, schedules, and risks.
• Fluent in English; Dutch language skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead facilities, infrastructure, maintenance, and capital projects from concept through completion.
• Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, business cases, and implementation plans.
• Manage building upgrades, utility improvements, maintenance-related investments, and workplace projects.
• Coordinate contractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Partner with Facilities, Maintenance, HSE, Operations, Finance, and leaders.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, applicable regulations, and safety requirements.
• Manage project risks and ensure mitigation plans are implemented.
• Provide regular project updates and recommendations to senior management.
• Support sustainability, energy reduction, and operational efficiency initiatives.
