Spectris, via its Micromeritics unit, seeks a Project Manager Real Estate & Facilities to lead facilities, infrastructure, and capital projects across Almelo and Eindhoven, with some international work. You will drive safety, quality, and timeliness while coordinating with multiple functions.

Fluency in English is required; Dutch is preferred. The role offers international exposure, a competitive rewards package, and opportunities to shape long‑term site development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, facilities management, construction management, project management, or related field.
• Proven experience delivering facilities, engineering, infrastructure, or capital projects in manufacturing, industrial, laboratory, or technical environments.
• Strong contractor and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and risks.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently.

Responsabilités

• Lead facilities, infrastructure, maintenance, and capital projects from concept through completion.
• Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, business cases, and implementation plans.
• Manage building upgrades, utility improvements, maintenance-related investments, and workplace projects.
• Coordinate contractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Partner with Facilities, Maintenance, HSE, Operations, Finance, and business leaders.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, regulations, and safety requirements.
• Manage project risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Provide regular project updates and recommendations to senior management.
• Support sustainability, energy reduction, and operational efficiency initiatives.
