Qualifications

• Previous experience in maintenance, engineering, or a technical role within hospitality.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems.
• Monitor and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve potential issues.
