Job summary

Dentsply Sirona, a global leader in dental products and technologies, is seeking a Facility/DG Employee for our Distriburion Center. You will welcome visitors, assist staff, manage onboarding/offboarding, and handle DG-related tasks following safety regulations.

The role involves GMP-like compliance, audits, and close coordination with QC, as well as handling dangerous goods shipments and related documentation. A valid IATA certificate and ISO/GDP knowledge are important assets.

Qualifications

• MBO-level (secondary vocational education) required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in logistics.
• Experience with dangerous goods.
• Valid IATA-certificate and certificates for internal transport or willingness to obtain.
• English fluent verbal and written (Dutch a plus).
• Knowledge of MS Office programs.
• Strong understanding of ISO, GDP and audit-critical purposes.
• Physically able to lift up to 25 kg.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming and assisting visitors and maintenance staff while ensuring safety regulations.
• Assisting with employee onboarding and offboarding.
• Purchasing consumable goods for warehouse and office.
• Reporting damage or other relevant observations proactively.
• Support with pest control, temperature control, access control and equipment maintenance & calibration; participate in audits.
• Maintain contact with QC for accurate records.
• Check shipments containing dangerous goods (IATA, ADR, IMO).
• Record DG issues throughout inspection processes.
• Complete checklists and act as point of contact for warehouse and backline.
• Troubleshoot and resolve packaging-related DG issues.
