Job summary

Dentsply Sirona is seeking a Facility/DG Employee for our Distribution Center. You will welcome visitors and maintenance staff, assist with onboarding, purchase consumables, and support audits while maintaining accurate records.

The role requires at least 1 year in logistics, experience with dangerous goods, an IATA certificate (or willingness to obtain), and fluent English (Dutch a plus). We offer 28 vacation days, health insurance, and a strong pension plan.

Qualifications

• MBO-level (secondary vocational education) required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in logistics.
• Experience with dangerous goods.
• IATA certificate valid or willingness to obtain.
• Fluent English; Dutch a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office and records.
• Strong understanding of ISO, GDP and audits.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming visitors and maintenance staff and ensuring safety compliance.
• Assisting with employee onboarding and offboarding.
• Purchasing consumables for warehouse and office.
• Reporting damage and relevant observations proactively.
• Supporting pest control, temperature, access control and audits.
• Maintaining contact with QC for accurate records.
• Checking shipments containing dangerous goods (IATA, ADR, IMO).
• Recording DG issues during inspection processes.
• Completing checklists and acting as a contact for warehouse operations.
• Troubleshooting and resolving packaging-related DG issues.
