Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in facilities/maintenance coordination, preferably in logistics or warehousing.
• Technical knowledge with air conditioning units or electrical engineering is desirable.
• Strong English communication skills; Dutch a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily and planned maintenance to ensure safety and accuracy.
• Partner with vendors to maintain equipment and services.
• Track performance and follow up on corrective actions.
