Job summary

Flowserve B.V. (Netherlands) in Etten-Leur is seeking a Pump Repair Engineer to perform pump repairs from start to finish on centrifugal and large cooling-water pumps.

You will dismantle, assess, repair or upgrade components and ensure delivery within deadline, budget, and quality requirements. You will dismantle pumps, prepare inspection reports and repair recommendations, and assemble and test pumps, coordinating with Assembly, Welding & Machining, Engineering, Project Management and Planning.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of pumps or rotating equipment.
• Knowledge of maintenance and repair methods, welding, NDT, PT.
• Good command of Dutch and English; German a plus.
• Willingness to meet deadlines, including occasional evening/weekend work.

Responsibilities

• Dismantle pumps to assess repair or replacement needs.
• Prepare inspection reports and repair recommendations.
• Translate customer requirements into repair proposals.
• Explain inspection reports in internal and customer meetings.
• Collaborate with Assembly, Welding & Machining, Engineering, Project Management and Planning.
