Job summary

De Plesman in The Hague is seeking a hands-on F&B Supervisor to lead the dining team and ensure outstanding guest experiences. You will collaborate with supervisors and the Restaurant Manager to maintain high service standards and drive revenue through upselling.

A 7-month contract with potential extension begins your journey in a historic hotel context. Fluency in Dutch and strong English are essential, with 2–3 years in a similar role preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Background in a 4/5 star hotel is a plus.
• Native Dutch and strong English.

Responsibilities

• Manage the F&B team together with colleague supervisors and the Restaurant Manager.
• Maintain exquisite guest service and lead staff to do the same; up-sell menu items to maximize revenue.
• Provide guidance, training and examples to motivate the team.
