Job summary

art’otel Amsterdam, part of PPHE Hotel Group, offers an internship in Food & Beverage management starting October 2026 for a minimum of five months. You will work with the F&B leadership team during a busy period, gaining hands-on experience in event planning, operational coordination, guest experience, and commercial activations.

The role focuses on planning and delivering high-profile hotel and restaurant events, supporting promotional activities, and collaborating with Marketing, Operations

Qualifications

• Enrolled in Hospitality Management or related study programme.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Passion for hospitality and events.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Eligible to complete an internship in the Netherlands.
• Willing to commit to a minimum 5-month internship starting October 2026.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of major seasonal events (e.g., ADE, Christmas, New Year's Eve) and other F&B activations.
• Assist leadership team in operational delivery of restaurant, bar, breakfast, and event experiences.
• Coordinate event logistics, timelines, supplier communication, and preparations.
• Collaborate with ARCA Restaurant & Bar teams to ensure smooth event execution and guest experiences.
• Support event set-up, service delivery, and post-event evaluation.
• Handle guest communication, reservations, VIP experiences, and event inquiries.
• Monitor event quality and identify opportunities to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Assist with promotional activities and commercial initiatives linked to events.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, and Events teams on event execution and guest engagement.
