Job summary

Minor Hotels Europe & Americas offers a Food & Beverage Operations Internship at nhow Amsterdam RAI. You will learn across breakfast, bar, room service, dinner and banqueting, supporting a busy design-led hotel.

You are enrolled in your studies and this internship is compulsory. The role includes €750 gross per month, online and offline training, employee hotel discounts, and various staff perks with opportunities to grow globally within the group.

Qualifications

• Intern must be enrolled in a study course with internship required.
• Experience in hotels or hospitality preferred.
• Willing to work flexible shifts.
• Strong guest-focused attitude and good command of English.
• Eager to learn in a fast-paced, busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Learn to work all-round within the Food & Beverage department and assist guests.
• After training, work independently in breakfast, bar, room service, dining and banqueting.
• Support service and maintain close contact with guests and other departments.
• Coordinate with kitchen, stewarding and front office, and suggest improvements.
