Job summary

nhow Amsterdam RAI is seeking a Food & Beverage Management Intern to join our design hotel in Amsterdam. You will support outlets, learn daily operations, and contribute to guest experiences in a dynamic, multicultural setting.

Requirements include at least 1 year of hotel experience, strong English, and a commitment of at least 6 months; the role offers a monthly stipend and staff benefits, with opportunities for growth across Minor Hotels.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in Bachelor's/Masters of hospitality management and internship is required by your school.
• Hotel experience of at least 1 year.
• Excellent command of English.
• Ability to work independently and in a team with a guest-oriented attitude.
• Stress resistant with good communication and flexible working hours.
• Available for at least 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational and managerial tasks in outlets (Selva, Sonora, Moana, banquet and room service).
• Assist outlets during busy periods and learn day-to-day operations.
• Handle scheduling, staff administration, offers, stock-takes and inventory control, reporting and project management.
• Manage guest complaints and maintain service levels; gain knowledge about products and materials.
