nhow Amsterdam RAI is a social and multicultural hub for globetrotters, business travelers, and Amsterdam locals. The iconic 91‑metre‑tall building is located in the Zuidas district, right next to the RAI Amsterdam Convention Centre, offering its guests a dynamic headquarter and home base.

For this iconic social hub, we are looking for a Food and Beverages Intern who is enthusiastic, proactive, and is ready to take part in a dynamic design hotel. You will be responsible for creating the nhow experience in the hotel for every guest.

What are you going to do?

As an Intern Food & Beverage operations, you will learn to work all‑round within the Food & Beverage department. You are (partly) responsible for providing a wonderful experience for every hotel guest. After a training period, you will work independently in one or more of our Food & Beverage departments – breakfast, bar, room service, dinner à la carte restaurant, and banqueting. You will help in the service and keep close contact with our guests, prepare the restaurants and/or meeting rooms for the arrival of guests, and maintain close contact with other departments, for example, with the kitchen, with stewarding, and with the front office. Furthermore, with your refreshing eye for detail, you are always looking for improvements.
