Job summary

nhow Amsterdam RAI, part of Minor Hotels Europe & Americas, offers a Food & Beverage Management Internship with exposure to outlets like Selva, Sonora, and Moana. You will participate in daily operations, guest service, and events in a vibrant design hotel environment.

You must be enrolled in a Hospitality management program, have hotel experience, and command English well. The internship supports training, benefits, and potential career growth within Minor Hotels worldwide.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in Bachelor's or Master's in hospitality management and internship is mandatory for your school.
• Experience working at least 1 year in a hotel is required.
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
• Able to work independently as well as in a team and maintain guest-focused attitude.
• Willing to work flexible hours and handle workload pressure; available for at least 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Oversee various operational tasks in outlets such as Selva, Sonora, Moana, and banqueting/room service.
• Assist with scheduling, employee administration, offer letters, stock-takes, inventory control, and guest service improvements.
