You’ll work under the F&B manager, gain cross-training across departments, and participate in monthly operational shifts while developing your hotel knowledge in a prestigious Accor property in Amsterdam.

Qualifikationen

• Pursuing MBO 4 or bachelor in Hospitality Management.
• Fluent Dutch and English at business level.
• Strong interest in luxury hotels and a passion for F&B.

Aufgaben

• Assist F&B manager to ensure smooth operation of all outlets.
• Gain exposure to administration, marketing, planning and complaints handling.
• Manage online reservation systems and related correspondence.
• Collaborate with departments and managers on events and promotions.
