Job summary

NH Hotels & Resorts is offering a Food & Beverage Management Internship in Amsterdam. You will gain hands-on experience across restaurant, bar, banqueting and room service operations, while supporting the F&B team to deliver smooth service and memorable guest experiences.

The program seeks students enrolled in an educational institution, passionate about hospitality, with strong English skills and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled at an educational institution during the internship.
• Interest in hospitality, F&B and guest experience.
• Excellent spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations of the restaurant, bar, banqueting and room service outlets.
• Help coordinate team activities to ensure smooth service.
• Guide and motivate colleagues on the floor through training and support.
• Assist with planning, organization and administration of Food & Beverage operations.
• Contribute to projects led by the (Assistant) Food & Beverage Manager.
• Gain experience in cost control, inventory management and budgeting.
