Job summary

Hotelprofessionals is hiring a F&B Employee for ibis Styles Rotterdam Ahoy. In this role, you will ensure that guests receive exceptional service from arrival to departure. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, serving food and drinks, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction.

This dynamic position offers various shifts and requires availability on weekends. With a focus on creating a welcoming atmosphere, this role provides a great opportunity within a fast-growing organization in the lively Hart van Zuid area of Rotterdam.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in F&B at a casual dining restaurant or hotel.
• Available at least two weekend days.
• Strong overview and organizational skills.
• Preferably residing in the Rotterdam area.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests and guiding them to their tables.
• Answering guest queries regarding menu and allergies.
• Taking orders and serving drinks and dishes.
• Ensuring optimal service throughout the guest's visit.
