Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Hospitality Management (Hotelschool) or equivalent experience.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in F&B operations and digital project management.
• Proven success in leading complex, multi-market digital implementations.
• Strong understanding of POS systems, IT ecosystems, and cloud-based tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital initiatives from concept to rollout and optimization.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams through full project lifecycle.
• Onboard local operations with new digital tools and processes.
• Ensure platforms are secure, compliant, and integrated into daily operations.
• Train and enable operations staff for high adoption and proficiency.
