Avolta is seeking a Digital Project Manager to lead strategic development and hands-on execution of digital platforms across F&B operations. This medior role blends operational depth with innovation leadership, driving initiatives from concept to rollout and optimization.

The ideal candidate will navigate complex stakeholder landscapes, deliver customer-facing solutions, and manage multi-market implementations with strong emphasis on POS systems and cloud-based tech.

Qualifications

• Degree in Hospitality Management (Hotelschool) or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years in F&B operations and digital project management.
• Proven success in leading complex, multi-market digital implementations.
• Strong understanding of POS systems, IT ecosystems, and cloud-based tools.
• Experience in training, stakeholder engagement, and vendor coordination.
• Experience in branded restaurant or hospitality environments.
• Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability.
• Deep knowledge of F&B operations and concept functionality.
• Strong planning, budgeting, and financial forecasting skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Analytical and data-driven decision-making.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools.
• Understanding of IT infrastructure, data structures, and integrations.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Innovation: Co-own and evolve the digital innovation roadmap for F&B, aligning with business goals.
• Hands-On Implementation & Operational Setup: Deploy digital platforms with IT and Operations; own platform content and local adaptation.
• Training & Enablement: Design and deliver training programs and onboarding materials for staff.
• Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Use data analytics to track performance and optimize journeys.
• Project Management & Roll-out Execution: Drive pilots and full-rollouts; coordinate cross-functional resources.
