Netflix in Amsterdam, Netherlands, is seeking an Executive Researcher to join our in-house EMEA Talent Acquisition team for a 12-month maternity cover. You will identify, engage, and attract executive-level talent across the region, supporting leadership hiring and cross-functional collaboration with TA and business stakeholders.

You will curate leadership pipelines, track market moves, and partner with an executive candidate experience specialist to ensure a high-quality candidate journey

Qualifications

• Experience in international executive search or within a global in-house executive search team.
• Comfortable in fast-growing, dynamic environments.
• Ability to conceptualize, articulate, and execute effective sourcing strategies.
• Attention to detail in written communications, candidate engagements, and partnerships.
• Culture ambassador who thrives in Netflix culture and evaluates alignment.
• Strong communication with hiring leaders, cross-functional partners, and candidates.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; adaptable to different work environments.
• Experience in entertainment/ content industry or technology sector preferred.
• Experience running complex mandates with EMEA and/or global remits preferred.

Responsabilités

• Maintain pulse on executive moves, realignments, conferences, and diversity orgs to identify networking opportunities.
• Curate lists of top industry leaders for personalized executive events.
• Match candidate profiles to roles using business acumen and judgment.
• Collaborate with an Executive Candidate Experience Specialist to ensure excellent candidate experience.
• Develop pipelines for ongoing executive networking events with TA and Talent Intelligence teams.
• Network with executive search colleagues to share knowledge and best practices.
