Job summary

Netflix in Amsterdam, Netherlands, is seeking an Executive Researcher to join our in-house EMEA Talent Acquisition team for a 12-month maternity cover. You will identify, engage, and attract executive-level talent across the region, supporting leadership hiring and cross-functional collaboration with TA and business stakeholders.

You will curate leadership pipelines, track market moves, and partner with an executive candidate experience specialist to ensure a high-quality candidate journey

We are seeking an Executive Researcher to join our in-house EMEA TA team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and attracting exceptional executive-level talent across the region. Reporting to the Senior Director, Talent Acquisition – EMEA, you’ll focus on executive sourcing and research, helping to build high-performing leadership teams that support our continued growth and success.

• Maintain a close pulse on key executive moves, company realignments, industry conferences, and diversity organizations to identify areas for potential networking and relationship-building.
• Curate and nurture lists of top industry leaders for our personalized executive events.
• Use deep business acumen and judgment to match candidate profiles to roles in various functions.
• Partner with an Executive Candidate Experience Specialist to continually ensure excellent executive-level candidate experience, refining as necessary.
• Work closely with the Inclusion Recruiting Programs & Talent Intelligence Teams and other members of the recruiting team to develop pipelines for ongoing executive networking events.
• Network with industry colleagues in executive search, exchanging knowledge and surfacing best practices
