TechTree is seeking a high-impact Partner in Amsterdam to own an end-to-end practice. You will win clients, set terms, lead delivery, and drive revenue growth while shaping a scalable team. Your network and credibility with founders and executives will fuel long-term partnerships.

Ideal candidates bring senior client-facing experience in executive search or recruitment, a strong commercial mindset, and a track record of profitable practice management. Equity participation aligns with performance.

Qualifications

• Track record of winning and growing client relationships with P&L or practice-ownership experience.
• Established, credible network among founders, executives or industry leaders in your function or geography.
• Experience in executive search, recruitment, consulting, or other senior client-facing roles.
• Comfortable negotiating commercial terms directly with owners and C-level stakeholders.
• Strong delivery instincts to run or oversee a search to a high bar.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue and P&L for your practice, function, or geography.
• Win new clients – founders, executives, hiring leaders – leveraging your network.
• Grow existing accounts into long-term repeat partnerships with TechTree.
• Set commercial terms, pricing, and proposals for deals you bring in.
• Lead delivery on projects and maintain quality across every search in your practice.
• Close deals and hires; build and manage your own practice team as it grows.
