Job summary

Kienbaum Netherlands is seeking an Associate Partner to build and lead a personal practice area within a premier HR consultancy. You will manage end-to-end executive search assignments, win and grow client relationships, and contribute to international knowledge sharing across the group.

The role requires strong entrepreneurial drive, a broad Dutch network, and fluency in Dutch and English. A hybrid Amsterdam-based work model offers autonomy, collaboration, and access to global resources.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in executive search or consultancy.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Well-connected across senior management and board level in the Dutch business community.

Responsibilities

• Develop your own client portfolio and market domain within growth areas.
• Lead Executive Search assignments from start to finish, including business development and client advisory.
• Collaborate with research and consulting teams to deliver tailored, high-quality solutions.
• Contribute to the broader portfolio (Assessments, Board Services, Leadership Advisory) and participate in international practice groups.
