Job summary

ASML Germany GmbH is seeking an Executive and international payroll expert to lead payroll and equity for executives and international mobile employees, aligning with global wage tax and social security requirements.

You will work within ASML's ABS People Operations, translate policies into payroll execution, answer executive inquiries, ensure timely processing, and drive automation of processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in executive and international payroll operations.
• Strong knowledge of wage tax and social security.
• Proficient in automated payroll systems.
• Experience with global mobility and shadow payroll preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute and control payroll and equity processes for executives and international mobile employees.
• Translate ASML policies into payroll and share plan execution.
• Answer executives' questions on payroll, tax, social security, and share plans.
• Ensure timely and correct payroll, tax returns, and shadow payroll compliance.
• Drive standardization and automation of payroll processes.
