Job summary

Altum Consulting is seeking a Senior FP&A Manager to join a central Amsterdam-based, PE-backed group. You will own group FP&A, budget, forecast, and long-term planning while leading strategic projects and business transformation.

The role requires a qualified accountant with strong stakeholder management and commercial acumen. You will partner with senior leaders across finance and the wider business, develop robust financial models and deliver clear, actionable insights to support

Qualifications

Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
Group FP&A experience in international or complex organisations.
Strong budgeting, forecasting, modelling and reporting capabilities.
Experience with cash flow forecasting and financial analysis.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead Group FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning.
Own Group cash flow forecasting and cash flow analysis.
Provide senior leadership with clear financial insight for decisions.
Partner with senior stakeholders across finance and business units.
Lead strategic projects, business transformation and performance improvement.
Develop and enhance financial models and forecasting processes.
Analyse performance, identify risks and opportunities, drive improvements.
Prepare high-quality presentations for senior leadership.
Collaborate with Finance to improve planning and forecasting processes.
Support growth and change with embedded financial insight.
