Job summary

NH Hotels is seeking an Executive Sous Chef for the NH Conference Centre Leeuwenhorst in Noordwijkerhout. You will assume professional and disciplinary responsibility for the kitchen team, drive improvements in guest experience, kitchen efficiency and staff satisfaction, and ensure dishes meet NH standards with a creative approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as Sous Chef in a restaurant or hotel.
• Strong communication and team leadership abilities.
• Good command of the English language.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire kitchen and manage the kitchen team with enthusiasm.
• Coordinate breakfast, lunch, dinner and events (M&E) operations.
• Ensure NH standards, HACCP compliance, health & safety and cost controls.
• Develop menus, recipes and cost of sales in collaboration with the F&B Manager.
