Placements24 seeks a meticulous, enthusiastic Event Coordinator to manage arts and cultural events. This hybrid role covers planning, budgeting, execution and post-event analysis, working with artists, vendors and stakeholders to deliver memorable experiences that celebrate local culture.

The candidate will be highly organized with strong communication and negotiation skills, able to manage budgets and perform under pressure.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in event planning and coordination, preferably in the Arts & Entertainment industry.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage budgets and work effectively under pressure.
• Familiarity with event management software and platforms is beneficial.

About the Role

This hybrid role involves overseeing all aspects of event planning, from conception and budgeting to execution and post-event analysis.
