Job summary

Hilton Rotterdam invites you to join our kitchen as a Commis de Cuisine, focusing on evening service in Jaq. You will support the team with mise-en-place, preparing and presenting dishes to Hilton's high standards, and watch quality and portion control throughout the shift.

Flexibility to mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays is valued. A valid work permit for the Netherlands and living in or around Rotterdam are required.

Qualifications

• Cooking and cutting techniques in a professional kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Support kitchen team in delivering culinary experiences to guests.
• Maintain mise-en-place and present dishes to Hilton's standards.
• Monitor food quality, presentation and portion control during shifts.
• Assist with breakfast, lunch, banqueting events and room service as needed.
