Job summary

Hilton Rotterdam is seeking a Commis de Cuisine to join our kitchen team, focusing on the evening service in Jaq restaurant. You will support the team with mise-en-place, preparation and presenting dishes to Hilton's standards while upholding HACCP and hygiene.

Qualifications

• Know cooking techniques and cutting techniques; have worked in a professional kitchen
• Valid work permit for the Netherlands
• Live in or around Rotterdam

Responsibilities

• Support the kitchen team in delivering exceptional culinary experiences
• Prepare and present dishes to Hilton's standards and recipes
• Maintain HACCP standards and monitor food quality, presentation and portions
• Lend a hand during breakfast, lunch, banquets and room service as needed
• Assist with inventory management and stock control
