Job summary

Enter Group in Eindhoven seeks an Embedded System Owner to coordinate hardware and software development for BEV/PHEV powertrains. You will own the Embedded Control Unit (ECU) and drive risk analyses, validation plans, and cross-functional collaboration with suppliers and international teams.

You will report on Quality, Cost, Timing and Performance, organize project meetings, and ensure alignment with architectures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Embedded Systems, or Electrical Engineering.
• 3+ years in control system or embedded system development, automotive preferred.
• At least 2 years in a coordinating technical role; project lead is a plus.
• Experience with supplier management and external engineering partners.
• Knowledge of the V-cycle development process; DFSS is a plus.
• Strong analytical, proactive, and stakeholder management skills; good English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate hardware and software development activities for the Embedded System.
• Define risk analyses and validation plans; monitor project plans for HW and SW.
• Ensure technical definitions align with architectures and strategies.
• Manage suppliers and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders.
• Organize project meetings and support cross-disciplinary communications.
